  • Check-in and Chat- virtual video group 'chats' with one of our therapists and other farmers.

  • Workshops/webinars- one-hour presentations by a therapist on topics relevant to farming and veterinarian work, such as building resilience, succession planning, improving communication, managing stress and anxiety, vicarious trauma, and cultivating compassion.

AG Informed Therapy

An intensive, 10 hour online course that offers psychotherapists the opportunity to better understand the pressures of the agriculture industry, the impact on mental health for farmers and rural veterinarians, and effective interventions to build rapport and facilitate change.
